Disclaimer / Legal Liability Statement

1. Vehicle Fitment Disclaimer 

• It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to cross-verify full vehicle OEM specifications, suspension lift/level kits, brake caliper clearance, fender space, tire size, TPMS compatibility and local road legal standards before placing an order.
• We do not warrant that any aftermarket wheel will fit your vehicle without rubbing, modification, or professional alignment. We accept no liability for improper fitment, suspension interference, tire scrubbing, inability to mount, or failed vehicle inspection caused by customer self-selected wheel sizes.
• Free fitment consultation is available via email; we strongly recommend you submit your vehicle year/make/model/trim before checkout to avoid fitment errors. Fitment mistakes selected by the buyer do not qualify for free return shipping, compensation or full refund.

2. Vehicle Modification & Safety Liability Waiver

• Racing, track days, off-road driving, heavy load hauling, extreme lowering/stancing, over-torqued lug nuts, improper hub ring installation, unbalanced wheels, or aftermarket suspension upgrades will immediately void all product structural and cosmetic warranties.
• Aftermarket wheel modification may alter vehicle weight distribution, braking performance, airbag sensor calibration and factory safety systems. Buyer acknowledges that wheel upgrades may void parts of your original vehicle OEM warranty per Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (US) / EU consumer vehicle regulations.
• We are not liable for traffic collisions, bodily injury, death, property damage, tire blowouts, wheel bending/cracking, or mechanical failure resulting from incorrect installation, reckless driving, misuse, or unprofessional wheel service. All modification risks are fully assumed by the vehicle owner.

3. Insurance & Road Legal Compliance Notice

• Most auto insurance providers exclude aftermarket modified wheels from standard coverage unless separately declared and endorsed. We are not responsible for insurance claim denials, deductibles or coverage loss arising from wheel installation.
• Local state/country road safety laws (FMVSS, TÜV, SAE, JWL-VIA) enforce strict homologation rules for aftermarket wheels. It is the buyer’s obligation to confirm wheels meet local inspection requirements before purchase. We offer no compensation for failed vehicle registration, traffic fines or inspection rejection.

4. Warranty Exclusion Statement

• Warranty only covers manufacturing structural defects (casting cracks, factory balance flaws) within the stated warranty term. Cosmetic damage, curb rash, scratches, corrosion, bending, paint peeling from road impact, chemicals or improper cleaning are not covered.
• Warranty is non-transferable and void if wheels are mounted with tires, driven on public roads, modified, drilled, painted, or serviced by uncertified installers. Labor fees, tire mounting, balancing, alignment, tow fees and vehicle downtime are never covered under warranty or claims.

5. Shipping, Damage & Claim Limitation

• Visible pallet damage upon delivery requires immediate refusal of shipment with photo/video proof; hidden wheel damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with full packaging & defect evidence. Claims submitted after the 48-hour window will be denied.
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental or special damages including lost wages, rental car costs, business downtime, lost profits or third-party vehicle repair bills, regardless of shipping delay or defective product.
• Our total maximum aggregate liability for any dispute, damage or claim related to a wheel order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the buyer for the relevant wheel set.

6. Website Content & Intellectual Property Disclaimer

• We do not guarantee website content is error-free; sizing, color, load rating and pricing information may contain typos or updates without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders containing obvious pricing or specification errors.
• Third-party brand logos (vehicle OEMs, tire brands) are used solely for fitment reference and do not represent brand endorsement or partnership.
