This policy applies to all alloy wheels, wheel sets, center caps, lug nuts and wheel accessories purchased on our website.
1. Order Processing Time
- All wheel orders require 2–5 business days processing for quality inspection, pallet packaging and freight arrangement (excluding weekends & public holidays).
- Custom forged wheels / custom offset wheels need 7–15 business days production lead time before shipment.
- Order modification (size, bolt pattern, shipping address) is only allowed within 12 hours after checkout; once palletized, address changes incur extra freight fees borne by customers.
2. Domestic Shipping (US / CA / EU, edit per your target market)
Wheels are oversized & heavy freight goods, shipping cost is calculated based on quantity, weight & delivery zone:
- Single wheel: Flat rate shipping XX
- Full set (4 wheels): Flat rate shipping XX
- Free shipping threshold: Orders over $XXXX qualify for free standard ground shipping (exclude remote rural zones, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico)
- Standard Ground Transit: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Air Freight: Extra $XXX, delivery within 2–4 business days
- Remote Area Surcharge: Rural, island & off-mainland locations add $80–$150 oversized pallet surcharge, displayed at checkout automatically.
3. International Shipping
- We ship worldwide via DHL / FedEx / sea freight for bulk wheel orders.
- All international orders are DAP (Delivered At Place): Import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees are 100% the buyer’s responsibility. We cannot mark packages as “gift” to avoid customs tax (violates cross-border logistics law).
- Sea freight bulk orders (10+ wheel sets): Transit 25–45 days, tracking updates monthly only.
- Restricted regions: We do not ship to sanctioned countries, regions with strict wheel homologation rules without prior customer certification.
4. Shipment Tracking & Delivery Rules
- After dispatch, a tracking number + pallet photos will be sent to your registered email within 24 hours.
- Oversized wheel pallets require signature confirmation upon delivery.
- If you refuse delivery without valid reason, return freight cost will be deducted from your full refund.
- If carrier leaves package without signature, you must file damage/loss claim directly with the logistics company within 48 hours.
5. Damaged / Lost Wheel Shipment Claims (Critical for Alloy Wheels)
All wheels are packed with foam, wooden pallet & edge protection.
- Visible damage on delivery: Refuse the pallet, take clear photos of broken packaging & cracked/bent wheels, contact us within 12 hours. We arrange free replacement or full refund after carrier inspection.
- Hidden damage (unpack after signing): You must submit photos/videos of packaging + damaged wheels within 48 hours of receipt. Claims filed after 48 hours will not be approved.
- Lost shipments: We assist to open carrier investigation; investigation takes 7–14 business days, no instant refund before carrier confirms loss.
- No compensation for minor cosmetic scratches caused by improper local installation, road impact after delivery.
6. Shipping Exclusions
- We do not cover labor fees, tire mounting fees, balancing fees, alignment fees, tow fees or vehicle downtime for any shipping delay or damaged goods.
- Local warehouse pickup orders exclude all delivery surcharges, but customer must inspect wheels before leaving the warehouse.
7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by carrier breakdown, customs hold, natural disaster, strike, weather or other events out of our reasonable control.
